Construction skills certificate scheme (CSCS): The Scheme keeps a database of those working in construction that achieve, or can demonstrate they have already attained an agreed level of occupational competence. All our engineers hold CSCS cards and have been sufficiently trained.

Disclosure and Barring Service, formally Criminal records bureau (CRB): all our engineers have been checked, investigating their background to determine whether or not they have a criminal conviction.

Environment Agency: We hold a full waste carrier's licence which enables us to transport any waste created on site back to our store so a larger licenced waste disposal company can remove it in turn complying with the law.

DrainSafe: is an industry led approved contractor scheme sponsored by the National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC). It sets out to provide a framework in which customers of our industry (from householders through to much larger organisations) can have the assurance that their contractor is competent to do the work.

Trading Standards Checked: is a fair trader directory for trades in the home maintenance sector run by the London Borough of Bromley. Together with our members, we aim to prevent financial abuse, stop doorstep criminals and protect residents, especially the vulnerable, from criminal and rogue traders.

Which Trusted Trader: Which? is known for testing products but now it has launched Which? Trusted Traders, an endorsement scheme. It recognises reputable and trustworthy traders who successfully pass our assessment process.
