CCTV Drain Surveys

QDC have the latest technology in CCTV Units enabling us to survey underground drain lines for house purchases, problem drains, Rat detection or just to get the underground know how for extensions/development.

We offer 2 types of reporting our "quicklook" which can be carried out as an emergency to locate and diagnose a specific problem but does not come with full report, picture stills or video footage. Or our full CCTV survey which is reported via the industry's highest standard Wincan, which is insurance approved.

Our report will identify any structural issues such as collapsed drains, tree root ingress, displaced and/or open joints, cracked or broken pipes as well as giving a % of scale build up. Some of these defects can be costly so it is worth getting peace of mind before any purchase of property or extension/development.

Not just domestic properties, we also can carry out surveys at commercial premises using our Tractor System CCTV Unit.
